Toys are not guaranteed, and we cannot offer refunds for toys which are destroyed by your dog.
When shipping a return back to us, use a shipping service that provides you with a tracking number. If you do not have the tracking number and we never received the package, there will be no credit given.
Returns must be authorized via contacting us at email@example.com. Returns must have copy of your invoice in the package. Refused UPS shipments or if we are provided with an incorrect address will incur a $20 fee, which will be deducted from the refund when the package arrives back to us.
If a customer cancels an order and we attempt to intercept the package back to us, we will deduct from their refund, the actual shipping which we paid to ship the order.
