NaturalPetWarehouse.com will gladly accept the return of products that are in new and unused condition. Returns must be sent back within 30 days of purchase. We are not responsible for damages of products caused by other carriers when forwarding to other countries. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase, in this case we will pay for return shipping. Otherwise, customers are responsible to return shipping cost. We must be notified within 15 days of shipping date if a package has not arrived.


Toys are not guaranteed, and we cannot offer refunds for toys which are destroyed by your dog.

When shipping a return back to us, use a shipping service that provides you with a tracking number. If you do not have the tracking number and we never received the package, there will be no credit given.

Returns must be authorized via contacting us at [email protected]. Returns must have copy of your invoice in the package. Refused UPS shipments or if we are provided with an incorrect address will incur a $20 fee, which will be deducted from the refund when the package arrives back to us.

If a customer cancels an order and we attempt to intercept the package back to us, we will deduct from their refund, the actual shipping which we paid to ship the order.
