Modern Beast Heirloom Tomato Wool Dog & Cat Toy

Modern Beast Heirloom Tomato Wool Dog & Cat Toy

A Farmers Market-Inspired Companion for Curious Dogs & Cats

Sometimes the toys pets love most are the simplest ones. A lightweight companion they can chase across the floor, proudly carry through the house, or curl up beside often becomes the one they reach for again and again. The Modern Beast Heirloom Tomato Wool Dog & Cat Toy was created with that idea in mind, blending artisan craftsmanship, natural materials, and playful design into a toy that's as enjoyable for pets as it is attractive in your home.

Inspired by the colorful produce found at a neighborhood farmers market, this charming heirloom tomato brings personality to everyday enrichment. Its compact size makes it an excellent choice for many cats, kittens, puppies, small dogs, and gentle adult dogs that enjoy batting, chasing, carrying, or tossing lightweight toys during indoor games.

Each Heirloom Tomato is individually hand felted in Nepal using 100% premium New Zealand wool. The dense felt construction creates a distinctive texture that feels different from traditional stuffed plush toys, encouraging pets to explore through touch as well as movement. Because the wool is renewable, biodegradable, and free from conventional synthetic fabrics, it's also a thoughtful choice for pet owners looking for eco-conscious pet products.

Made for Curious Pets

Homes with both dogs and cats often look for toys that appeal to different personalities. The Heirloom Tomato's lightweight construction makes it easy for many pets to bat across the floor, chase around a room, retrieve, or proudly carry from one favorite spot to another.

Some pets enjoy energetic games while others simply like keeping a favorite companion close by between naps. The compact shape and soft felted fibers make this an enjoyable option for both styles of interaction, encouraging movement while remaining inviting during quieter moments.

A Different Kind of Texture

Rather than relying on loose stuffing and synthetic fabrics, the Heirloom Tomato features densely felted wool fibers that create a firm yet comfortable surface. That unique texture offers pets something different to explore while giving the toy a handcrafted appearance full of warmth and character.

Inspired by the colorful produce found at weekend farmers markets, this playful design celebrates simple everyday objects in an imaginative way. It's proof that pet products can be creative, beautifully made, and functional all at the same time.

Designed to Look at Home in Your Home

Dog and cat toys naturally become part of everyday living spaces. Modern Beast embraces that reality by creating products that feel thoughtfully designed instead of disposable. The Heirloom Tomato brings a touch of modern style to your pet's collection without sacrificing the fun that keeps pets coming back.
