I purchased a small bag of 5 short pieces to see if my little girls would like them. They love them! From looking at the picture of the 12 oz bag, and the description stated a bag contains somewhere between 20-22 sticks. I took my chances on the number of sticks and purchased this larger bag because it is probably a better value in terms of price and quantity. To my surprise, the treats in this bag is a lot longer than the smaller bag of 5 that I got. I didn't measure the lenght with a ruler, but they are about 7-8 inches long, and the lenght of the treats in the smaller bag of 5 quantity is about 5 inches long. This bag definitely is a better deal, and my 13 lb terrier mix pups didn't have problems eating the longer treats. This bag is definitely a better value. My girls eat a total of 2 sticks a day. I need to stock up.
