Shipping Exception: West Paw Design beds may be shipped separately directly from West Paw Design. You will only be able to select a USPS shipping method in our shopping cart, however it will be shipped to you via a comparable FedEx shipping method from West Paw Design.

Returns: We have no time limit on non-edible returns, as long as we still offer the product on naturalpetwarehouse.com. The non-edible product must be unopened and in new condition, unless guaranteed by manufacturer. Unopened edibles must be returned within 30 days. If you are not sure if your dog will appreciate a particular food like our dog’s do, please contact us about availability of a sample size. For all returns, you will be reimbursed for the full amount of the product (excluding shipping charges).
