| Returns: We have no time limit on non-edible returns, as long as we still offer the product on naturalpetwarehouse.com. The non-edible product must be unopened and in new condition, unless guaranteed by manufacturer. Unopened edibles must be returned within 30 days. If you are not sure if your dog will appreciate a particular food like our dog’s do, please contact us about availability of a sample size. For all returns, you will be reimbursed for the full amount of the product (excluding shipping charges). Before returning products, contact us by phone 888-760-PETS (7387) or by email (npw@naturalpetwarehouse.com) to receive return authorization and instructions.
Payment Methods: We accept online and phone payments via Visa and Mastercard.
Sales Tax: All orders with a Pennsylvania shipping address will be taxed 6%. Natural Pet Warehouse is operated in Pennsylvania. Tax will not be applied to orders outside of Pennsylvania.
Shipping: Orders are shipped via USPS. Most orders are shipped same day or next day, but all orders ship within 2 business days. Exceptions apply during weekends and holidays. Live shipping quotes are available in shopping cart.
Shipping Exception: West Paw Design beds may be shipped separately directly from West Paw Design. You will only be able to select a USPS shipping method in our shopping cart, however it will be shipped to you via a comparable FedEx shipping method from West Paw Design.
